Climate Leadership Program 2022 - Kerala
An 10-week, interdisciplinary, leadership development program for individuals in the age group of 22-35 who are passionate about environment and enthusiastic about finding solutions to the climate crisis to help build a resilient Kerala.
CLP 2022
25 selected individuals will embark on a journey of robust training and in the process create partnerships and develop skills to create a better planet. Climate Leadership Program (CLP) offers you the chance to be a change-maker, a leader at the forefront in this fight against the impacts of Climate Change.
Selected participants from the cohort will get financial support for their projects or stipend to work with NGOs, research institutions or LSGIs on climate action projects.

15+ expert trainers.
*15 top participants ranked based on the applications will get a full scholarship. The other applicants have to pay INR 6000 towards the residential component of the program.
Eligibility

An ideal candidate will be between the age of 22 to 35, passionate to work in climate action. Candidates without any formal education after their 10+2 may also apply, these applications will be evaluated in terms of their previous experience in climate action.

We strongly encourage applications from teachers, CSR employees, individuals leading social/environmental actions and other passionate youngsters who wish to be the catalysts of change.

All candidates must have basic proficiency in Malayalam as it will benefit community interactions.

Additional notes - * All the online sessions will be held after 6PM on weekdays (Participants with full-time jobs/Classes can also apply)
** The residential component will require you to be available for 5 days (3 weekdays and a weekend)
